Food is to be enjoyed….savored…even on a gluten free diet. If it doesn’t taste great, don’t eat it... but learn how to make it yourself. This has been my guiding principle since my children were first diagnosed with celiac disease in 1997. Their diagnosis has lead me to be a board member for the Gluten Intolerance Group, celiac patient conference speaker, cookbook author, cooking instructor, and blogger helping others live well on the gluten free diet. Learning how to cook can be an adventure that will introduce you to interesting people and a new way of life.
The photographs above feature pies that were baked by me. They are real, gluten free pies—your results can be the same. A big thank you to Sarah Brooke Photography, just one of the many fantastic people I have met along the way on my gluten free journey.
