Wow Karen, I don’t know I only just finding your site! I do gf searches all the time! Anyway, I’m excited to ‘meet’ your site now; I’ll be dreaming of a cross country trip in my future. The farmer’s market, the classes, etc all sound lovely.
I’m writing now for clarification on the current cookbook. I think I’ve seen at least 2 “blogged about recipes”, that are in the book, that have a sort of footnote that I can request the dairy free version of the recipe when I buy the book.
The book looks fantastic; i’m hoping to order one. I’m also hoping that ALL recipes with dairy free versions would include the exchanges/substitutions, without me having to seek ones with a dairy free version/and then request need to request that recipe specifically.
I hope I’m misunderstanding what I read. Would you be able to clarify for me?
    Many thanks,
    Genevieve

There is a section in the book showing suggested dairy free substitutions. Most people following a gluten free diet also avoid at least one other item in their diet, therefore, in writing the book I stuck to providing the best gluten free recipes so you have the highest quality recipe to start with.
