Gluten Free Breads: Flatbread and Pizza Crust

Baked and ready for toppings or freezing

 

A short and sweet post.

We love pizza.  We love flatbread.

We eat store bought sandwich bread because it is easiest.

At the Magnolia Farmers Market this week we have the bread we make and love:

–top it with your favorite pizza toppings and bake

–rub it with olive oil and sprinkle fresh herbs or rub with roasted garlic and bake

–toast it and top with butter or jam and enjoy with your morning coffee

–plan dinner at Delancey’s in Seattle and bring this pre-made crust, they will top it and bake it in their pizza ovens (on a pizza pan) so you can enjoy some of the most fantastic gluten free pizza

–they freeze well

Mama K’s is celiac friendly and are for those on a gluten free diet.
