Gluten Free Bakery–Mama K’s Cooking Gluten Free

by Karen on December 9th, 2012

Update: March 2014–Mama Ks GF Bakery is on hiatus but our cookbook Cooking Gluten Free is still available

Over the years I have always wanted to share my baked goods and now that is possible, at least for those in neighborhoods close to downtown Seattle.

Our bakery features seasonal items…here is our current selection:

…. gluten free is the ultimate pie crust for everyone, there is no gluten to overwork so you have a flakey crust every time…These apple pies are receiving rave reviews!

SOUR CREAM COFFEECAKE                                                          $27.99

…. a Christmas morning tradition at our house—this one is marbled and topped with walnuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter.  Every year our friends and family look forward to a tree farm tailgate where this coffeecake is center stage (along a snowball fight or two).

QUICKBREADS           with complex carbs                                   $14.99/loaf

BANANA BREAD, BLUEBERRY BREAD, or HAZELNUT ZUCCHINI BREAD holiday favorites to have on hand for breakfast or brunch.

We use healthy, high protein gluten free flours with a focus on excellent taste.   Some items are available dairy free and/or egg free upon request….pricing varies.

There is limited availability on the calendar for our production schedule—
