Cooking Gluten Free for your iPad

The iPad is becoming a staple in many kitchens.

So many forces are at work causing this to happen:  the dwindling book industry, better technology, the desire to save trees, higher printing and shipping costs to name a few.

All of these elements led Cooking Gluten-Free! to a digital PDF version of the book that allows you to:

  1. send recipes to your iPad
  2. email recipes to friends and family
  3. print full page recipes for use in the kitchen

There are even disposable Chef Sleeves now designed to protect your iPad from any kitchen spills or splatter.  One of my favorite online stores ThinkGeek carries them too.

Special features of the sleeves allow for touchscreen sensitivity and their packaging doubles as a simple tablet stand.
