Cooking Gluten Free!

by Karen on April 2nd, 2011

I have had a whirlwind of a month with cooking classes,  job hunting, a daughter transferring colleges,  final exams in my wine classes (really they are tough courses!) and keeping up with life in general.

A new job begins in a few weeks–something that is very exciting for me.  It means that my life will be more streamlined.  A great job and a fantastic new challenge!

Not to worry, I will soon be back to posting my quick dinner recipes and the chef series followup, I love those features–they give you new ideas and push me to simplify.

Next up on April 6th— watch for the gluten free blogger feature called the Gluten Free Ratio Rally.  Last month our topic was pancakes and this month it is quick breads and muffins.  Lots of good recipes and ideas to help you bake up some terrific treats.

It is kind of funny that the group chose muffins for the April Ratio Rally, I also teach a cooking class in Seattle on April 13th on muffins, scones, and granola, everything you need for a great gluten free breakfast!
