Next GF Class-Muffins, Scones, and Granola

Gluten free scones, muffins, and granola class

Next up in our cooking class series is the scones, muffins, and granola class.

I was so encouraged with the success of the egg free pizza that we will try some of the same ideas for egg free muffins.  Keep in mind that I am throwing this element in as a bonus.  It is not within the original plan for the class fee—it might turn out and it might not but we will try our best and hopefully I will have a chance to experiment more prior to the class.

My plan is to offer the following options:

Egg Free and Gluten Free Scones:

-egg free and gluten free naturally

Gluten Free Farmer’s Market Scone

Dairy Free and Gluten Free Muffins:

1.) a dairy free, gluten free option

2.) a gluten free option

3.) an egg free, dairy free, gluten free option –this one is a test and not originally offered as part of the class—it is very important that those who are egg free understand this is a test.

Cranberry Muffin

I am not sure yet what flavors we will bake besides blueberry muffins .

Egg Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free Granola

-egg free, dairy free, gluten free naturally but includes nuts

The granola is not shown on the SSCC registration website but I added it in to complete the breakfast theme.

Gluten Free Granola with a kiss of honey and vanilla

The class is always divided into groups so the EF DF GF people work together and the GF people work together, this way you can learn what you need for your sensitivities.
