Gluten Free Cooking Classes

South Seattle Community College, West Seattle

Beginning in March 2011 we will start a series of classes using the culinary facility at South.  This is an amazing place to teach gluten free cooking classes and offers terrific opportunities for people who would like to either watch or take part in the cooking, it’s a hands-on if you want it to be kind of class.

We will start the series with an evening lecture class on gluten free flours and how to use them for successful gluten free baking.  If you are new to gluten free baking you will want to attend this lecture as well as register for the baking classes that cover gluten free Pizza, Scones/Granola/Muffins, and Summer Fruit Pies.

    I am currently not teaching, I did notice that PCC Natural Markets has a number of new GF classes in their recent catalog.
