Gluten Free Granola with a kiss of honey and vanilla
I am truly taken with my new breakfast.
When Bob’s Red Mill came out with their Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats I decided to update my granola recipe to include them. I collected bags of gourmet granola from my favorite grocery stores tasting them, writing down the list of ingredients, and then experimenting on my own.
The result is a healthy, flavorful granola that fills the house with it’s fantastic aroma every week while it slowly bakes. What is not to love about this stuff?
Then I discovered Trader Joe’s new Greek Style Honey Yogurt (if it isn’t a new product for them it is new to me because I never noticed it before). This yogurt has the right amount of tart and sweet. I know this now that I have been taking wine classes and studying all about the sensory elements and their role in food and wine.

So how can you get your hands on this new recipe?
I will send it to those who purchase the digital book from now until February 6th. With the digital book you are able to print any recipe you like and keep it in a notebook (along with all of the other recipes you print from the internet). You can easily email any recipe as a PDF and it looks just like a page from a book (watercolors and all). This comes in handy when you are dining with friends and family and they ask “What can I cook for you?” I love that question, it translates into “I care about you”. Cooking Gluten-Free! digital book
I am also about to start a new feature this week with a weekly Quick Dinner recipe that you can print immediately and put to good use. That helps to solve the question that I hate the most “What’s for Dinner?”
