		<description>I feel the same way--the first year we used canned chestnuts as in the original recipe and the next year used fresh chestnuts.  
We hope the switch to hazelnuts and now of course we have the Udi bread so it should be quite good.

		<description>I once tried a chestnut stuffing from a very famous Italian American cook and was really disappointed.

Though, this recipe reads like a winner.. and you can never go wrong with hazelnuts!
