Gluten Free Reuben Sandwich, Spokane

Gluten Free Reuben Sandwich

We recently visited Spokane again and decided we must make a pit stop at White Box Pies near Gonzaga University for their fantastic reuben sandwich.  I am a slow eater but I know I have to eat this fast (a half sandwich is plenty) because it is best in just the first few minutes.  After that the bread gets a bit soggy and it begins to fall apart, but the flavor is best when it is warm too.  I hope you have a chance to try it sometime.  The shop is into cooking gluten free but I have yet to try anything other than this sandwich.

We also stopped at Froyo Earth for frozen yogurt–some of the best around.  My daughter and her friend and my husband went inside they must have asked about its’ gluten status–I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t be ok.  I just tried to search it online and couldn’t find any info on whether it is gluten free.
